Atrocious Service from Bradlows Pretoria Central!

I received such appalling service from the Bradlows Pretoria Central branch.

I visited the store on 29/03/2018 and was assisted by Mr Nkomo and expected that my goods that I paid cash for, to be delivered soon after he promised that they make same day deliveries. I then got no feedback from them by 03/04/2018 and decided to call the store. Mr Nkomo said that the goods will be delivered the same day but were not. I then called again on 04/04/2018 and was again sent on a runaround and later in the day I received a call from Millicent telling me that the goods were enroute but the delivery van had gotten a flat tyre which was being fixed and I would get my goods the same day. Again, the delivery was not made. Then yesterday, I get a call from the delivery man, Sammy, that he was on his way but he only arrived at 19:00. He told me that he was never called to make a delivery to me since the purchase and that the store does not pay him on time to make these deliveries anyway. As I was unpacking, I discovered that one of the beds was dirty and used, the edges were filthy, threads were running from the mattress and the legs were badly scratched!

I WANT A REFUND!!!

I just wan the bed collected and my money refunded!! I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from this store. The service was atrocious and lacked courtesy. I'm absolutely disgusted!!
