Appalling service from Bradlows Rosslyn Warehouse

Bought a bedroom suite online, fully paid, they didn't pitch in the day of delivery and didn't call, two days later they delivered factory fault items and returned with them and promised to deliver the correct items the following day. The following day not even one communication about the delivery that was meant to happen. This is the Rosslyn branch warehouse.
