Appalling service

Returned products at Midrand Bradlows on the 28th of June and awaiting refund till this day. Calls to the store and each person promises a call back. Later on line remains busy when I try to call back. All in all the service at this store is appalling. I was in the store for an hour making a cash purchase. Refunds line at head office also remains unanswered.
