Appalling

Bradlows in Southgate Mall is the worst furniture shop ever. I literally purchased the so called new furniture for the whole house and eveything that has been purchased has been returned if not broken. The furniture is not authentic as it seems its second hand or displays on the store that they sell to customers.

What I purchased:

GOMMAS 3 piece Safas, they were the worst, they were not even not even the same size went for months on about it, took it for a repair for months and when they came back they were not fixed insead they were even more faulty, they bedited the monthly installments but I on the other hand went on without seats for months had to sit on that flow. Finally got a refund and a replacement of Safas I didn't ever like.

CONGO plasma TV stand current problem. It's not even painted properly its cracking, send a request to get it fixed the supplier rejected the repair request apparently if the supplier rejects the request there is nothing they can do about it but it's a 2 year warranty on it. I called their customer service ridiculously appalling and they're response was take it up with the ombudsmant they will not do anything about it. Apprantly the supplier is claiming that we caused the TV stand to be faulty and the discolouration of it, we put something heavy on it.

Going to the store doesn't help they keep on telling that they're are still looking into it just to get rid of you. They dont have customer service qualities you can go to the store for a thoughsand times and not get help. I highly do not recommend bradlows to anyone it's the worst furniture shop ever and when you request a refund they ask to you give them a chance and refuse you a refund.

DO NOT USED BRADLOWS you'll cry for your money promise you that.
