Appalling customer service

I Am disgusted with the customer service. My mother and I went to Bradlows on west street DBN on 31/10/2020 to laybuy a chest freezer. As they opened we were there, firstly the store manager was screaming her lungs out shouting at the sales consultant in front of customers not caring at all about professionalism. Today my mother went to pay the rest of the money for the freezer and she was told, she must fetch it at their warehouse of which this information was not brought to our attention when we had first enquired about purchasing the freezer. She had to wait this morning to be attended to coz they were having a "meeting", you cannot make customers wait after opening your doors.The customer service was absolutely disgusting, zero care about how customers are treated. Can this get looked into.
