annoyed customer

Good day

I purchased a sleep masters torino base set on the 27/12/19. i called the sales person Pule on the 07/01/2020 to complain that the beds springs popped up. The sales rep then advised that the suppliers were closed and will only open on the 15/01/20. I called pule back on the 15/01/20 to which he advised that the complaint has been logged and i should wait 7 working days for an inspector to come home to check on the bed. I went into store on the 26/01/20 to find out why nobody has contacted me. Pule then promised to call me on the 27th to let me know whats going on. I called him on the 29/01/20 very irate and during my frustrated argument Pule told him he didnt care if i brought the bed back. Today i went in and returned the bed only to be advised the call was only logged on the 29/01/20. they refused to return my money and now according to Joe the store manager i have to wait for the suppliers then only will i possibly get a refund. So tonight i sleep on the floor with no bed and no refund. The service at Bradlows Trade Route Mall is beyond pathetic and the staff just laugh at you
