Angry customer

I bought wardrobe at Bradlows it was on the floor so i said its fine i will take that one on the floor,and last drawer 's handle was broken ,and the lady that was helping me by the name of Sonto said she will send me the handle ,and i said fine so ive been waiting and calling the store.no handle until today. When i call they say i should leave the number the manager will call me until today .im very dissapointed because i bought the wardrobe cash.
