Angry customer

In June last year I bought kitchen unit at bradlows Phalaborwa, The kitchen unit had a factry fault, in December the door for the kitchen unit fell down, I went to the shop to report the matter they that they can not help me I must come in January, in January I want there, they write everything down and said somebody from head office will come and fix it. Early February sonebody came to my house to fix the kitchen unit but they failed to fix it, then said it is a factry fault and they cannot fix it they must take it to the warehouse to fix it they will return it in a month time. Since then I never heard from them, On the 14th of June I went back to the shop to make follow up, at the shop they gave contact numbers for their call centre, I called the call centre and explain the whole story, and the call centre agent said she will escalate the matter and they will call me. TODAY IS THE 25TH OF JUNE I NEVER HEARD ANITHING FROM THEM. PLEASE HRLP I'M FRASTRATED
