Angry consumer

Hi i would please please like someone to assist me.i made a payment last month via eft to my layby account and it still is not reflecting on my statement . I have sent numerous emails and phoned braflows and no one seems to care or even bother ti help me. My email is *** if someone could take some time to help. Am very exhausted by bradlows poor service.
