Angry client

I've never been disgusted as I am with Bradlows Klerksdorp... I bought my furniture cash on the 4th of January 2019 only to find my couches are gna be at their store 80% of the time for repairs. I do not know how many times have they have taken those couches to "fix" but they keeps coming back worse! They don't even have the decency to update me, I must spend my money to check the progress. I lost on how many times I went to the store for assistance BUT the manager told me he is not to blame I must blame the suppliers for the couches and I failed to understand that statement because I bought from the store and not the suppliers therefore I have no business what so ever with their supplier.
