Am very disappointed

my mom brought a bedroom suit (diva) for single beds when they deliver it was broken and the guys who where delivering they said they will come and fix it they didn't come and it was the end of February now its may .I tried to call the manager three times they always take my number for feedback that they dont do and what makes me ****ed they promise to do so and it was written do by my mother on the deliver note it is broken I think its there responsibility as management to check if its done now they are playing hide and seek . mybe its bcouse it was cash and the is no interest for you.
