After paying they forget about you

Bought a wordrobe from them and they just dropped it off and never assembled it , worse they took time to deliver ,sales team is fantastic and exceptional but the delivery and assembling guys don't want to do their job ,I logged a complaint but still they haven't came back to me , after they get your money they don't care about you
