Account Handed Over

I'm very angry.<br> <br> I work for a Financial Institute. Credit health is very crucial. So I had account with Bradlows and wanted to finish it before time. I requested a settlement letter on February and paid the full amount. Shocking that I am identified \account handed over\"<br> <br> I don't care if they fix/update their records, the fact is that my name will be on credit bureau and my credit profile is messed up. How can you just hand someone without even phoning him on cell phone. Its so unprofessional and if I don't get answer soon, will have to take legal actions"
