Account approved, then suddenly declined. Horrible service!

Bradlows raised my expectations and sent me wrong information on email. My account was approved and Bradlows sent me an email saying I must go shop, when I get tho the store they suddenly decline my account. what a waste of my time going to the store and my petrol! wasting my time shopping and playing with my emotions. This is the most ridiculous shop and service.
