Abysmal Bradlows

I app**** for a lay-bye on an item at the Bradlows Sammy Marks store in Pretoria in January 2018. Paid the deposit. I have since decided that I would like to cancel the lay-bye. I informed Bradlows of this 4 days ago. They rep**** 2 days afterwards saying to send along the relevant documents without informing me what exactly these are. They also then said 10% of the deposit would be subtracted. I immediately rep**** asking why have they not made clear what documents they’re looking for and that I was never informed of a cancellation fee at the time of making the lay-bye. They are therefore in breach of contract. They have still not rep**** to me. What pathetic service. I’m taking this up with the competition commission of SA. Hopefully that will prompt them to return my money to me.
