Absurd and Pathetic Service

pathetic service received from the store in bronckostspruit. No feedback given constantly have to call the to find out how far is the process.Went to the store 3 times to sign some documents.. Was waiting for a debicheck to come through. Their customers care no help at all a lady spoke to me as if I am no customer at all just put me on hold without letting me know that she is busy with the complaint .I have never seen such service.
