Absolutely disappointed with bradlows and grafton everest

To whom it may concern

My name is krivania ethwar I purchased Cambridge leather lounge suite ( grafton everest) I would like to express my utmost disappointment in the festival mall branch since 2018. From the first day I purchased my Lounge I had problems which is still on our bradlows profile. Now 4 years later my lounge suite is peeling and the leather is peeling off, leather is thinning,the mechanisms of the recliner are hard an the frame work makes noise. I worked hard an spent R18 000 . You don't spend so much of money to have issues 4 years later it is absolutely unacceptable. It is wrong for me to now to pay for repairs . Grafton everest is supposed to make quality which I know they are capable of .

This is my 2nd lounge suite purchased with Bradlows which is also a grafton everest it's now 10 years old with absolutely no issues how do u justify that. It was purchased at the midrand store. My 2nd Lounge suite is from the festival mall branch which from day one have no sense of customer service.

The Cambridge lounge suite grafton everest has been defective from day one 2 lounge suites where brought to my house even the regional manager was involved in this matter. 4 years later again I have issues.

Someone needs to take responsibility for this Lounge suite. I'm so disappointed I spent 18000 which we worked so hard to pay over 6months. How would you feel if it happened to you? I'm absolutely disappointed because grafton everest constantly says the material goes through 15000 rubs before adding it to there range how did they not see this material was defective. Furthermore there are so many people complaining on hello Peter about the suite.

I'm asking for help in this matter seriously an it needs to be dealt according. I did not expect this from bradlows or grafton everest. Someone needs to take responsibility. I have been given a reference number and a senior manager will be in contact with me .it's been 2 weeks no one has called me yet!
