A very unhappy customer... Bradlows doesn't put their customers needs 1st

Bradlows is just very bad at helping nor putting their customers 1st. I bought a refrigerator TV ND a bed but the refrigerator was not in a box it was wrapped in glad wrap like it was a display fridge and had dents and scratches then I called them they told me they were gonna deliver a new fridge that was almost 2 weeks ago then called the head office to lay a complaint but still no action was taken till today I'm being **** to I feel like I'm being ****med. I swear I would never refer nor advice someone to do business with bradlows. They only gave me a reference number but nothing has been done till today. They told me not to use the fridge till they bring a new one but now I can't even buy groceries mxm.
