A VERY UNHAPPY AND SAD CUSTOMER

I've experienced a very horrible customer service from a bradlows store in landros mare street in Polokwane.. Mr Letsoalo (the manger) after I purchased a serta bed and complained that it is uncomfortable even before 2 weeks of purchase and stated that there's nothing he can do or I must pawn my bed and buy a better bed....I asked if there isn't an option for a top up and get a better bed or a different brand as I have a back and waist problem.... And when I asked about the return policies he told me that I must not include their return policies in our conversation as I don't know them. I had to call the customer complain to launch my complain and I was assisted by friendly agents and gave me a reference as they had launched my complain to the brand company. But as for the service from the manager is absolutely RUDE!!!!!! 😡😡And my rating for them is ZERO!!!!
