A very poor service from Bradlaws, claimed insurance for A Tv i have not received my TV and its been 3 months now

I am very disappointed with services from bradlaws Hazyview... i claimed a Tv from insurance it is been 3 months without my Tv... when i call the shop the lady working with claims she will be saying she forgot to send the documents to the insurance.... Their service is very poor... i called them today still they dont want to take a responsibility they will be blaming insurance and when i call the insurance the blame the store....
