6 months Refund

<p>Bradlows Edendale Mall Pietermaritburg</p> <p>My sister bought a 2 piece bedroom cream suite product code ********** 04001 on 31/10/2016. She has a medical condition that prevents her from making such decisions on her own. We went to the store today 01/11/2016 to request a refund. There was a rude lady that told us that the refund will take 6 months for them to pay it back. This service is unacceptable, where is consumer rights in such a situations? I feel our rights have been violated badly. Will you be paying for the interest that you will be earning in those 6 months?
