4 plate compact

bought a stove from Bradlows in Grahamstown end of last year. a couple of weeks ago the two plates did not work and the oven. I went back to the shop and gave them my full details hoping that they will have me on the system. apparently I do not exist on their system and am not appearing. This now means I am unable to get help under my warranty for the stove. I don't know how many times I have phoned and been to the shop to ask for assistance with no luck. The previous day it was working perfectly the next day 2 plates on one side plus oven not working. It is really frustrating.
