3 piece Evolution daybed bombachoc

Bought 3 piece Evolution daybed on the 26th of November 2024 and the middle piece was missing metal clips on the other side i informed the store and even logged in a complaint with their manufacturers as advised by the store of which the complaint was approved but since then I have been waiting for the store to come with the right piece of furniture, been calling them since then for the way forward but all they do is they still waiting for the warehouse team
