3 Months claim since 15th December 2021

I bought a bed with bradlows today is exactly 3months since I've complained they keep telling me about regional manager that they waiting for I mean a whole 3 month's just for them to replace my mattress... I really need assistance here... I bought it at bradlows Kimberley in chapel street
