2 year guarantee is a falls adverti*****t

This thing of guarantee is all lies worse service you can get from Bradlows at Markpark Vereeniging. They do not assist you like how they assisted you when you were spending your hard earned money. They are very quick to process sales and when it comes to staying by their word and promise about warranty they are quick to tell you claim has been declined and there is nothing they can do if their suppliers declines the claim. What is annoying is the fact that I told them on the pictures you cannot see the mattress sagging losing it's comfortability in less than a year. The 2 year warranty is all lies and they do nothing from their end and *********** sales agent by the name of Pinky from Bradlows in Markpark. When you submit a claim they start telling you how to sleep on your bed. Which I asked about support and strength of the bed and the agent told me it is good and would last over 10 years without any problems. It is less than 2 years and there is already a problem.
