18 kg defy twin tub washing machine

I bought 18kg Defy twin tub washing machine from Bradlows online and it was delivered 30/06/2023, In September 2023 I wrote to them to let them know that the washing machine is no longer draining out water from the drum. I have been calling with no assistance. I have been waiting with just a reference number since then, they are just dragging so that the machine can get out of warranty.
