1 year lounge suites has cracks

I bought Manhattan lounge suites last year December which I'm paying them for 36 months and before they even have a year they already have cracks. My frustration is I'm paying lot of money for something that I thought is quality but turns out that their leather is ****. I did report to them they came and collect it for repairs and when they return them they used a different leather the colour is different, I refused to take them and I did call them to complain again, even today I did not get a respond to them, is been 3 weeks now. I tried to call them this morning thwireless phone just rings. I ned an urgent respond regarding that or e se they must come and collect the one that was left and refund my money. I will advise other people who still need to go to bradlos that they are selling **** stuff and is expensive. Before even a year their lounge has damaged when I bought them I was buying something that will last for atleast 5 to 10 years. But I was wrong. They either give me something that worth my money or they refund my money.
