I had a worst experience at bradlows in Vryheid. I bought a refrigerator 2021 and last year before i could run out of guarantee, My refrigerator stopped working. I then reported the matter and a technician was sent after observing he said it cannot be fixed and i should be given a new refrigerator. He informed the store, Ever since i have not received my new fridge till date. The store manager by the name of prudence had been giving me a run around stories after stories. I have been without a refrigerator since. Bradlows does not take care of their customers. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
