BRADLOWS LACK OF QUALITY CONTROL

Bought couches from Bradlows Vincent...they delivered faulty couches.Contacted them.immidiately with pictures and they promised to deliver and exchange...and the exchange was also faulty.Informed them and their excuse was they don't see them before dispatch from the workshop(a whole company with 0 quality control).I kept on communicating with them and they promised delivery after Easter...we approaching end of June and they are saying they will dispatch a painter 😲...what about the stitches and scratches and dents....they are even arrogant when calling them.Very disappointed in their handling of complaints and method of resolution...if any
