Bradlows - Fridge Repair

I bought a Fridge from the Vincent Branch February 2024. In 2025 the top part of the fridge did not keep the food cool. But the freezer was working. Report it on the 4 March 2025 no one came out to check the fridge untill I desided to take it back on the 9 April 2025. Only to get feed back on the 17 April 2025 that they will replace me with a new fridge but only after Easter's. Today I get a what's up the old fridge is fixed. I don't want it.
