Absolute terrible service

We were here on the Saturday for an application that my wife did. They were very quick to force a tablet in her hands to give a full 5 star review and yet all the relevant paperwork went for a ball of sh#te. Steven then told her not to return to the shop for corrective paperwork on the Tuesday, due to him not being at the shop. It cost her to reapply and go in to the shop on Thursday to another consultant for assistance. So the attached review/picture was captured before we left the shop on the Saturday.. take note, it was note a well felt or honest captured review, after the service was completed, it was done prior to final submission. And now it is marked as a *****ulent submission after sitting in the store for more than 90 minutes again, wasting time without doing the proper investigation.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME THROUGH TO THIS STORE OR UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES, AS THEY SUBMIT FALSE CLAIMS, AS PER PICTURE BELOW, AND AS PER TELEPHONIC DISCUSSION THAT THEY HAD WITH MY WIFE TO REQUEST HER TO COME BACK IN TO THE SHOP AGAIN.

IT IS ABSOLUTE AND UTTERLY DISGUSTING TO SEE THIS YET AGAIN
