Bradlows Deliverd Old Pre Used Couches

I bought couches worth R17999 cash at Bradlows West Street in Durban in December 2024.WE were assisted by Nosipho Nokhele Old torn couches were delivered to my house, laid a complaint with Bradlows( i went there physically), an email was sent to Bradlows head Office and they were waiting for response.

also attached pictures to the complaint. they gave us a ref number (MO-NOT-***.

when we follow up, no one is assisting.

it is now MAY and we are still waiting for Bradlows to respond...

Bradlows and your team, i need my new couches that are worth my money.
