Poor Quality of Couches

I did buy the couches at Bradlows Phola mall and I bought it cash 2 months after I bought the couches they started to to have defects and I reported this at the store but no action was taken until I whatsapp the help line and they responded and they did send the repairer after 3months and they didn't repair them properly after few weeks I report again as they were not ok. The quality of these couches is poor is not the same as the ones from the store . The couches when I write this complaint they have been fixed several times but they are not ok. The manager said to me that he is not going to talk to me and he is not going to exchange or replace the couches interms.
