Poor customer service

Hi June 2023 I have bought the couches at Bradlows Phola mall and I bought them cash I also paid for delivery and I was told that the couches will be delivered from the warehouse. Upon the delivery I was not around and after 2months I realized that the couches are no longer in a good state they look like 2nd hand. I went to the shop to complain then I was told that the sales person that I bought the items from him he is no longer working with them. They took my details promising to lodge a complaint for repairs,it took them 2months to lodge a complaint then after that the game of repairing started as I write this info the repairs has been done 4times and even now the couches are getting worse. The manager said he is not going to talk me regarding the couches.
