BRADLOWS JD GROUP

My fridge is not cooling or freezing items since the 15th of July and i lodged a complaint on the 17th of July and a lady who was assist me said i must send a screen grab of the item from the back , i recieved a reference number and no one has contacted me since then ***/MO-DEFY*** GIVEN ON THE 31ST OF JULY , im reall annoyed by the service and will be taking this further
