Bradlows mabopane central city can we get what is ours please

We layby couches at bradlows mabopane central city we haven't got our delivery to this day it's been 2 months waiting,I tried calling customer care but they can't help us..when we go to the store their say thy can't help us coz apparently the store manager was fired,they say they will give us feedback back on Monday but they don't we must call them when we call they say their will call us..we need our couches or our money plus we pay extra money our couches was R25k but they told us we must pay extra R3.1k
