Faulty Matress

I purchased a mattress from your store on the 21st/05/2024 however upon unpacking I noticed cuts on the corners of the bed this damage is clearly a manufacturing defect and I request a replacement or full refund as per your warranty policy and now they are rejecting my query which i find unfair because the bed is still under warranty and they supposed to to anyway exchange it for me
