Terrible Service
The 8th of May I bought a Tumble dryer from Bradlows Kroonstad, they delivered it wrapped. Upon unwrapping the Tumble Dryer, there were scratches all over the product. Contacted Bradlows Kroonstad the manager logged a complain that it make noises when in use which is untrue as the Tumble dryer has not been used at all since date of purchase. I have been calling the head office and no-one gets back to me, no one has assisted me, or collect the Tumble Dryer for a return. How long should I still wait to be assisted, they have made their sale now nobody cares anymore
