Worst service n customer care

Worst service ever by Vuvu Cayi, I regret the day she contacted me to take furniture. I bought a soundbar but it was the one on display, she did not even say it is not working but continued to sell it to so she can make a sale, 2 months down the line I am stuck with a payment n a sound that is not playing
