No honesty from Bradlows

I’m really annoyed by the lies I keep getting from Bradlows. I bought a headboard on December 30th, and I received an sms that delivery will be made on the 3rd. No delivery was made by the warehouse and the staff at Bradlows Westgate had no idea why. No communication whatsoever. It almost feels like I have to wait for it to be manufactured. They give customers delivery dates when they know very well the delivery guys are not working on those dates.
