Laybye refund
I made a made a lay bye at the Philipi mall branch last year in March. I then moved to a different area where the store was extremely far. I struggled to made the payments because of this. As a result I ended up purchasing the fridge somewhere else. Now I called the branch to request to swap the items, it was advised I visit the very same store. My only option was to get a refund. I went to the store,and the lady said to me she needs the receipt. I told her I don't have it because it was last year even so it would not have been visible by now. This lady said to me I must go to the police station to get an affidavit..I asked whether my laybye is not in the system she said it is. But I must get the receipt or the affidavit. At this point I gave up and walked out of the store. I have no idea of what to do. Because I stay in Bluedowns, imagine going to the Mfuleni police station and then go to Philipi branch to request for a refund 😒. All I want is my money and someone from Bradlows that is able to think outside the box to help me. My contact details are *** My name is Lusanda
