"Ongoing defects and ignored refund request"

Extremely disappointing experience with Bradlows-Hemingway Mall. Worts mistake of my life.....

I purchased a recliner lounge suite and after the items being returned on several occasions for the same fault, I decided in December 2025 to make contact and request a refund for this defective lounge suite, and it has been nothing but problems. The same defect has occurred repeatedly, and this will now be the fourth time it needs to be repaired or replaced for the exact same issue. This clearly shows poor product quality. What makes this worse is the complete lack of assistance and communication. I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund and received zero response. Instead of resolving the matter properly, I am continuously pushed towards more repairs, which defeats the purpose. I have been trying to sort this out for months with no success. There has been no accountability, no proper feedback, and no effort to resolve this fairly in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. ( any feedback you get in return shows they have not even considered my request of even read my original emails…..very sad.) This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing experience. I have lost all confidence in this store and would not recommend them based on how this complaint has been handled.
