Pedal waiting as they bought a wrong one

It's been 2 weeks I bought a headboard from Bradlows Ficksburg, unfortunately when they deliver they released that they deliver same side pedal for my headboard.they took the pedal saying they will bring the right one but till today am still waiting as they say the did longe a complain which will took two to 3 week. Am so angry ND disappointed with their service. 3 weeks just for 1 pedal like yoo
