Bad Bed Product: Sealy
I bought a bed in November 2024 it sagged badly and was replaced on the 2nd July 2025. Now the month old bed has started to sag and the bed is uneven. A headache In my life. Sealy Salvador product bought at Bradlows Eastgate.

14 Aug 2025, 20:28Today the 14th of August, I went to the store since their complaints dept have not responded to the complaint sent. It is suggested that I give it weeks to see if there won't be changes. Now I have to sleep in a wobbly caved in Bed. My spine might be affected.

15 Aug 2025, 11:2815 August: I informed the sales consultant that we should begin the complaint process. I am told to send pictures. I am lost for words and patience. Bradlows complaints department has not responded to my emails and now the store says I should send the pictures. In the meantime I must sleep on a caved bed. They should have allowed me to choose another bed since they are aware of the quality of this SEALY Bed
