Item delivered in a damaged state

So, I bought a coffee table online from Bradlows on and it was delivered in n a damaged state.

I was advised by the delivery driver that I can email complaints to get a replacement. I emailed complaints and received a reference number.

I have been following up and not received any feedback apart from "someone will call you back". This is just taking too long as the item was delivered in a damaged state and no has reached out.
