Bradlows Warehouse with a very bad services including customer care and branch employees.

I’m really disappointed with Bradlows Claremont & Warehouse. I ordered a fridge and other items for delivery and they sent me sms that delivery will be on the 02/01/2026 , but nothing arrived. The staff member I spoke to stopped answering, I then called customer care at 16pm to 17 pm and she told me to wait until 6 pm. I’m upset and feel let down. How can they promise delivery then delay me with no update. Bradlows can do better on this one. Also i was expecting a lady that assisted me to do a follow up if i did receive my order or not but funny enough I'm the one who kept on calling her and she didn't pick up my calls. I am so disappointed as a first time buyer / client at Bradlows service is insanely terrible. The frustration is even worst coz i called them since 12pm to do a follow up.
