bad customer service

bad service from the customer team at Bradlows in claremont the lady who assisted us to purchase a fridge said delivery would be the very next day 5 days later still waiting and she did confirm that there was stock available at the warehouse if i knew this i would ather buy somewhere else very very bad communication between the shop and the customer i think they are just relaxed in their jobs to be providing this kind of service
