I opened an account with Bradlows Claremont in 2023 July and May 2024 my home burnt down and we lost everything including the stuff I bought at Bradlows, I went back to Bradlows to report the accident and to claim from their instore insurance. I met with a lady by the name of Beverly Twigg and she gave an beautifully out of this world customer service, like the best ever. She gave me the kindest of assistance and my insurance claim was through with no hustles. This year 2024 August I went back looking for furniture for my home and the same kind lady assisted me with the same patience, she was quick with my application and the delivery was done within the same week so thank you Beverly for making my experience with Bradlows a beautiful one.
