Very bad and *********, selling used and damaged furniture as new. We purchased a Defy 464L Bottom Freezer Fridge DAC704 on the 22 of April 2025 from Bradlows Durban Kwamashu in Bridge City. This Fridge was R11999.00 and this was a cash sale.

The Fridge was delivered on the 24th of April 2025.

On the same day of delivery 24th of April 2025 my wife went to the store and reported to the sales consultant Phumzile Nzama that we noticed the Fridge plug was burnt previously, later we found out that this Fridge is supposed to have a door open alarm but this one does not. This matter was escalated to Defy and a guy by the name of Mervin called my wife and explained to her that that particular fridge that we have comes with a door open alarm standard.

and they still refuse to refund my money or exchange this fridge
