Worst company ever defective product complaints staff lies to me
I bought a couch and there product is so defective that they had to keep repairing eventually they aggried to replace us and when it came to bottom line they **** and forced us to take the defective couch

02 Nov 2024, 07:40The couches were more at the factory than by us it cost allot of money to buy this low budget furniture false promises were made that we can return and go get another lounge suite and the stuff just leaves us hanging in thin air a moth later the person handling the complaint resigned and the next thing we receive a threatening response that they don't care we must keep the **** that they sell or they will sell it further the delivery guys even told us we not the only customers to complain of their products that they sell we must return the goods and demand our money back
